Okay everyone, here’s the deal. We tried to get Ryan Franklin LIVE, but BlogTalkRadio will not allow us to schedule a show at the time Ryan is available to talk.

So, instead, we’re going to do our show “semi-live” and record it – but, we want you to be able to talk to Ryan and get involved, so we will have a chat up where you can ask Ryan questions LIVE.

John and I will stream from Ustream.com, where you can SEE and hear us live, but we can’t guarantee you will be able to hear Ryan very well. We’ll do our best with the situation at hand!

Hey everyone, I know we haven’t been up to date as we should be.

Let’s catch up on a few things…

The Cardinals lost 5-4 to the Mets today, as Trevor Miller allowed a run in the top of the ninth.

Colby Rasmus went 2-for-2 at the plate, and scored a run, but it was Khalil Greene (2 RBI) and Skip Schumaker (1 RBI) that got it done when it mattered for the Cardinals.

Going back a little farther…

The Cardinals beat an undermanned Dominican Republic team 4-1 recently (the Dominicans did not have Albert Pujols or Alex Rodriguez, so that hurt their chances tremendously).

St. Louis also signed left handed reliever Dennys Reyes for the bullpen.

That move in my opinion was a good one – they need left handed relief, and Reyes is better than nothing.

That’s right, Cardinals setup man/closer Ryan Frankin will be joining The Redbird Media on our show in the coming days.  An actual time and date has not been set, but Franklin agreed to come on the show.

And I wanted to apologize for not updating the blog as much lately, times got hectic for me and everyone else, but we’ll be back on track soon – this time joined by Ryan Franklin!
